Held during the morning and man it was cold.
Speeds and enthusiasm were both high. |

Held at night for fast, consistent ice, the
Junior Nationals saw speeds in excess of 79 mph. The artificial
light made photography especially challenging. Almost all images have now been posted.

It was a lot of fun, driving up to Park
City every morning to photograph the men's and women's skeleton activity at the
Utah Olympic Park. What a friendly group of people! This was my first experience
photographing the intense high-speed (over 75 mph) action of skeleton racing.
